Cancellation and Refund

At William Bonac Signature Nutrition, we strive to make your return experience hassle-free. Here's everything you need to know about our return process:

  • Return Window: You can return any product within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

    Refund Method:

    • If paid via online payment (UPI, card, net banking, etc.), the refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

    • If paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) or Bank Deposit, the refund will be issued as a cheque in your name.

    Refund Timeframe:

    • Refunds to original payment methods will be credited within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

    • Refunds via cheque will be issued within 4–7 business days after return approval.

  • Condition of Products:

    • Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
    • We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been used, opened, or tampered with.

  • Free Gifts or Items:

    • If your order included free items (e.g., T-shirts, shaker cups), these must also be returned.
    • If they are not included, the value of these items may be deducted from your refund.

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Request a Return: Contact our customer support team to initiate the return process.

  2. Validation: Once we receive your request, we’ll verify if it meets our return criteria.

    • If valid, we’ll arrange for the item to be picked up.
    • If not, we reserve the right to reject the request or pursue legal action if the request is deemed fraudulent.

  3. Delivery Checks:

    • At the time of delivery, inspect the package for any damage.
    • If the package is damaged, do not accept it. Contact us immediately to report the issue and explore the next steps.

  4. Packing Returns: Ensure the product is packed securely with all accompanying items (tags, labels, manuals, etc.) to prevent damage during transit.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

To ensure your return is eligible:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Returns are not accepted for:

    • Used products.
    • Items with damaged or missing serial/UPC numbers.
    • Products without complete packaging or accessories.

  • Please note: Returns are not accepted for issues like rash reactions, taste preferences, or stomach discomfort. We recommend consulting a physician before purchasing any product.
